The opportunity:

With rapid year on year growth that continued through to 2022, Hybrid is expanding our account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to join our global team.

The Senior Account Manager role will support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (phone and video call based), internal coordination of key staff (Editorial, Digital, Creative) and first-class organizational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a team lead for our growing account management team in KL, coordinating closely with established teams in Sydney and Bristol, UK.
  • Work closely within our KL based digital, creative and editorial staff on client requirements
  • Accountable for managing the client pipeline for a select group of clients
  • Actively contributing to overall team targets
  • Reaching quarterly targets on revenue and increasing conversion rates in line with targets.
  • Identifying opportunities during the campaign lifecycle for upselling, cross-selling or renewing partnership before campaign has come to an end
  • Completing all renewal calls with clients, building value in campaign results and pitching on next opportunity
  • Establishing opportunities for larger pitches where Account Director brought in
  • Building relationships with all clients and creating proposals to help them with unique challenges
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for clients during production and live phases of campaigns, managing timelines
  • Write client reports and launch campaigns
  • Take the lead on client meetings to run through the ongoing results of their campaigns and provide insights to build value in client relationship
  • Tracking all ‘next quarter’ clients to ensure they do return to a campaign in the near future
  • Identifying bottlenecks and obstacles, working on solutions

Requirements:

  • Proactive, positive attitude with ability to use initiative
  • Client facing service experience from a similar role
  • Experience managing established accounts into higher value clients
  • Target driven coupled with problem solving skills to handle challenging situations and conversations
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts with attention to detail whilst ensuring client satisfaction
  • Potential for shift work as role develops and our client base expands
  • Can-do attitude and energy that aligns with Hybrid’s growth ambitions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Highly personable and able to build a rapport with clients and colleagues quickly in a professional manner
  • Keeps calm and delivers to high standards under pressure
  • Ideally a relevant qualification within marketing/ advertising, however not a must as product and industry training will be provided
  • Weekly meetings with the UK accounts team to discuss opportunities and challenges.
